Natalie Grant

Natalie is 29 years old, married (3 years) and has two dogs. She and her husband live in Vancouver. She works as a physiotherapist at one of the local hospitals where she treats patients in the Intensive Care Unit, on the Cardiology floor and also on the Palliative Care ward. Her professional interests also include orthopedic and musculoskeletal disorders. She has presented her own research in Neurological models of practice to the National Physiotherapy Association at their annual conference. Her personal interests are varied and include everything to do with cooking, eating and drinking. She and her husband enjoy cooking meals together and trying new cuisines. She also has a creative and artistic side and enjoys photography, art and textiles. She is very active and enjoys cycling, swimming and hiking. She is most often found hiking in the mountains during the summer months and skiing in the winter. This is her first trip to Thailand and she is especially looking forward to learning how to cook traditional Thai dishes, visiting local markets and seeing the diverse countryside.
