By talking to your local Rotary Club President.  To be a team member, you must first be sponsored by a Rotary Club in District 5040. In conjunction with a member of a Rotary club, you then just fill out the application (located in the GSE Downloadable Forms Page on this website) and hand it in. You will be notified when and where the team selection interview will take place.

If you are not sure there is a rotary club in your community e-mail District GSE Chair Neil McDonald who will supply you the information.
