Simon Fulber

Team Member  GSE 2004

Sponsored by the Richmond Sunrise Rotary Club, Simon was born and raised in Vancouver.  Simon lives in Vancouver’s eclectic Commercial Drive community and works in Vancouver at VanCity Savings Credit Union, Canada’s largest Credit Union.

At VanCity, Simon has been a Youth Advisory Council member, a Financial Services Officer and Advisor and lead the Resettlement Assistance Program.  For the past two years, Simon has been VanCity’s Learning & Development Analyst, with a primary responsibility to design, develop and deliver training, as well as provide learning and development consulting services to the entire organization.  During his time in New Zealand, Simon would enjoy visiting Credit Unions, as well as companies in the Financial Services and Vocational Training industries.  Learning about sales and service cultures, banking technology infrastructures, operational issues and solutions, and corporate social responsibility as a business mandate are of particular interest to him.

Simon has been playing and/or coaching baseball for over 22 years.  He enjoys attending sporting events, playing golf, attending live theatre, and fishing.  His other interests include web design, movie trilogies, and enjoying life.
